ICLASSES.ORG ONLINE COURSE LICENSING AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMERS

The Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative is not responsible for the content of any website that may be accessed through the hyperlinks provided within the online courses. The opinions and views expressed in external websites do not reflect those of The Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative. While we work very diligently to maintain the quality and consistency of the online course framework, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular online educational resource not under the direct control of the Cooperative. This includes any external website specifically identified as a resource within an online course; to rectify such situations as soon as possible, please contact us and we will make appropriate changes to the online course framework where necessary.

USER AND STUDENT INFORMATION
The Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from loss of database information when such actions are necessary to continue to offer a basic level of services, nor is it responsible for a lack of continuity in any particular course because of the unavailability of an external website. The Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative is not responsible for any loss of user or student information in case of network or system outages, malicious network attack, file corruption or any other reasons. In case of difficulties arising from any of the above cases, we will restore your user settings to the original state when possible.

While the Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative uses all due diligence in the security and reliability of its Internet servers, it cannot be held liable for breaches of said security.

DURATION OF SERVICE
Unless noted specifically in contracts or other agreements, accounts for access to online courses at iclasses.org expire at the end of the first June after the account is purchased. This is a policy that applies to all account types; as mentioned, exceptions must be secured in writing. Questions about this should be directed through the contact us page.

ONLINE COURSE TERMS OF SERVICE
You agree to keep your user password confidential and to create an individual student account for each individual accessing our online content. Accounts must not be shared among students. Violations of this policy may result in the loss of all registered user privileges.

If purchasing a Classroom or School Enrollment Account, you certify that you are purchasing the account for use with a state-accredited public or private school. We reserve the right to require proof of accreditation for all such accounts. Classroom or School Enrollment Accounts found not to be purchased by or associated with a state-accredited public or private school will be immediately revoked with complete loss of account priveleges.

The Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative does not refund online course memberships. Please carefully review purchases of online course packages before you make them.

The Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative reserves the right to revoke or deny membership to offenders of these guidelines or terms of service, and to amend or change these guidelines at any time and without notice. Non-paying account holders retain no rights under this licensing agreement.
